- Account optimization
- Other related digital marketing services
While we do our best to support our clients, advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and other third-party providers control their own approval processes and policies.
This means decisions related to account approval, verification, ad approval, spending limits, account restrictions, or suspensions are ultimately made by the respective platform.
For this reason, AdsBlink cannot guarantee that an account or advertisement will always be approved.
4. Advertising Results
Every business and advertising campaign is different.
Results can depend on several factors, including your product, pricing, offer, target audience, website quality, advertising budget, market competition, creatives, and changes made by advertising platforms.
We always aim to provide effective advertising support, but we cannot promise a specific number of leads, sales, revenue, ROI, ROAS, or any other guaranteed result.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments for AdsBlink services must be made according to the quotation, invoice, proposal, or agreement shared with you.
Unless clearly mentioned otherwise, our service charges do not include:
- Advertising spend
- Platform charges
- Third-party software fees
- Payment processing charges
- Taxes or other external costs
Once work on a service has started, payments are generally non-refundable because resources, time, and team effort may already have been allocated to your project.
Any refund request will be reviewed according to our Refund Policy and the terms agreed upon for the specific service.
6. Third-Party Advertising Platforms
AdsBlink works with third-party platforms and tools to provide advertising and marketing services.
These platforms operate independently and may change their policies, features, approval systems, billing processes, or account requirements at any time.
AdsBlink cannot be held responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms, including:
- Ad rejection or disapproval
- Account suspension or restriction
- Verification rejection
- Changes in platform policies
- Technical issues or downtime
- Billing or payment problems
- Changes in advertising features
- Changes in account spending limits
Where possible, our team may guide or assist you in resolving such issues, but the final decision always remains with the third-party platform.
7. Cancellation & Termination
If you wish to cancel a service, you can contact AdsBlink in writing.
Please understand that cancelling a service after work has already started does not automatically make the payment refundable.
AdsBlink may also pause, refuse, or terminate a service if there is:
- Non-payment
- Misuse of our services
- Violation of advertising policies
- Fraudulent or misleading activity
- Illegal activity
- False or incorrect information
- Activity that creates serious legal, financial, or reputational risk
Whenever reasonably possible, we will try to communicate with the client before taking such action.
8. Limitation of Liability
We work to provide reliable and professional services, but some factors are outside our control.
AdsBlink is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party advertising platforms, technical failures, account suspensions, policy changes, payment issues, advertising restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where permitted by law, AdsBlink's total liability for a specific service will not exceed the amount paid to AdsBlink for that particular service.
9. Website Content & Intellectual Property
The content available on the AdsBlink website, including our branding, text, graphics, designs, logos, and original materials, belongs to AdsBlink or the respective rights holders.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially use our website content without permission.
